Toowoomba Kart club also had two Arrow chassis to be won.
Everyone who raced at Toowoomba during the year were in the draw.
The Junior chassis won by Wade Scott.
The Senior chassis won by Alan Craig.
The final meeting to be run by the Toowoomba club was
“the Masters & Apprentices”. With only the juniors and the over 30’s.
The masters were split into 2 groups, 30 to 39 and then 40 onwards.
The racing was intense and some of the groups were looking for less
laps in the heat. The Vintage/Historic Karts showed their style also.

120 Karters took part in a hectic day of racing.
The Rotax classes were exciting all through the heats to the final.
In Junior Max Tyler Greenbury, Christopher Hays and Jack Howard
took the spoils in a thrilling final.
Rotax light saw intense competition all day with the day going to
Brendan Nelson with Kyle Ensbey not far behind. Kan Rowsell took 3.rd.
In Rotax heavy William Yarwood was the man to beat, but won the day.
Matt Greenbury drove hard but had to settle for 2nd with Robbie
Daniels coming in third

The Kaos Karting C/D Grade Titles were a great experience for the
Karters and their families. The social experience of the the weekend,
with some camping was great and the racing in most classes was
close and hard fought.

The Samios Plumbing Rotax Challenge saw some great racing in these
classes. In the light Damien McPhee was dominant all day. Winning the
day with Justin Hagen and Jeffrey Burstow following him in the places.
The heavy was hotly contested by Matt Greenbury and Julian Watts at the
pointy end. Matt won the day following by Julian Watts and Scott Coates

There was some brilliant racing in all classes even though the
weather was bitterly cold. Saturday at practice saw everyone ducking for cover as a storm went
through and it was a wild storm. Once the track started to dry out those who were brave went back
for practice. Sunday was fine just very windy and cold.We had around 80 competitors with half of
these being the Juniors.

The Budget Used Cars Sportsman Challenge which was also
a round of the Harrington Dolyle 5 track Gladiator Series saw 120
karters enjoy a hectic and exciting day of racing.
Sportsman Light was the largest field of the day with 22 karters
with Greg Heslewood taking the spoils followed by Richard Dimmock
2nd and Sebastian Tolson 3rd. In Sportsman Heavy we saw
20 greet the starter with Brendan Nelson and James Greenwood
dueling for 1st. Brendan Nelson eventually
took 1st followed by James Greenwood and Andrew Scott 3rd.
